“This is Your Fourth Quarter Breakthrough”

While in prayer, the Lord spoke to me concerning the final months of this year, saying, “Andrew, prophesy to My people: they are entering a fourth-quarter season filled with breakthroughs and miracles.” I promptly noted what I felt the Lord was conveying and returned to my office to delve into the meaning behind the fourth quarter.

I discovered that the fourth quarter on our calendar is October 1st through December 31st. It is a crucial timeframe for most businesses. Many companies consider it to be a ‘make-or-break-it’ period. According to Investopedia.com, “Some companies may earn up to 75% of their annual sales in Q4, the exact percentage varies by business.”

Have you yet to see the fullness of all the promises that God has made to you this year? Get ready because in this fourth quarter, you are going to see God’s hand move to release what has been delayed. Barriers and blockades are being cleared, and God’s promises are surging forward in your life!

“Better is the end of a thing than the beginning thereof” (Ecc. 7:8).

“ Say not thou, What is the cause that the former days were better than these? for thou dost not enquire wisely concerning this” (Ecc. 7:10).

Note the Scripture says, “Say not.” In other words, don’t speak that a former season was better than the season you are in now but rather declare, “My best days are coming.” Begin to say, “God is bringing forth my fourth-quarter breakthrough!” Remember, your words hold significant power.

 “Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof” (Pro. 18:21).

“You will also decide and decree a thing, and it will be established for you; And the light [of God’s favor] will shine upon your ways” (Job 22:28).

I prophesy to you that you have not seen anything yet! The light of God’s favor is going to shine upon your ways. He is not through with you this year. Do not fall into the trap of waiting for January. Expect something new from God in your life NOW! He is declaring to you, “Get ready for a fourth-quarter BREAKTHROUGH!”

“The latter glory of this house will be greater than the former,’ says the Lord of hosts, ‘and in this place I shall give [the ultimate] peace and prosperity,’ declares the Lord of hosts” (Hag. 2:9, AMP).

This month, God’s glory is filling your life. In fact, your testimony is going to be how His glory filled your home, family, finances, relationships, church, city, and nation. The King of Glory is making His entrance into your circumstances. Are you ready?

In the Book of Mark, there is a story about a man who was paralyzed. Four friends carried him to the house where Jesus was preaching. However, when they arrived, they found that there was “no room” for them due to the overwhelming crowd.

Did these men simply turn around and head home? Absolutely not! They took the man up to the roof instead. The Bible tells us, “And when they could not come nigh unto him for the press, they uncovered the roof where he was: and when they had broken it up, they let down the bed wherein the sick of the palsy lay” (Mar. 2:4).

When I read those words, my spirit leapt within me, as I heard the Lord declare that there have been some things that have been covered and unobtainable to you, but in this season, they will be uncovered. Moreover, the confines of the ceilings that have held you back in the past are being shattered by your steps of faith today. You are breaking it up, and God is making room for you! I declare that there will be no more limitations on your destiny!

Bear in mind that faith is visible and requires action; “When Jesus saw their faith” (Mar. 2:5). When Jesus observed their unwavering resolve and refusal to let any obstacles stand in their way to receiving what only He could provide, He acted on their behalf. God will do the same for you!

Jesus said to the paralytic, “I say unto thee, Arise, and take up thy bed, and go thy way into thine house. And immediately he arose, took up the bed, and went forth before them all; insomuch that they were all amazed, and glorified God, saying, We never saw it on this fashion” (Mar. 2:11–12).

God is elevating you to another level. This is your time to rise. The lame man arose through the power of a prophetic instruction. I believe that as you read this word, your faith is being activated, causing you to do what you have never done. God is about to move in your life in a unique and unprecedented manner. People will be left in awe of what He is doing for you, all because you refused to give up and trusted Him to move on your behalf.

What He accomplishes in the final quarter of this year is recompense for the previous three quarters. There is a momentum building right now; don’t remain stagnant—embrace the current of what He is doing in this moment.
