“From Survival to a Vision of Enlargement”
I heard the Lord say, “You are transitioning from mere survival to a place of enlargement. Many have been stuck in a state of constantly fighting for their vision just to stay alive. They can’t even dream of anything bigger, but I am bringing enlargement to their prophetic vision.”
The enemy is desperate to destroy your prophetic vision, knowing that you are an exposed target for him without it. He is aware that if he can steal it, he can cause you to give up and forfeit the promises that God has made to you.
“Where there is NO clear prophetic vision, people quickly wander astray. But when you follow the revelation of the Word, heaven’s bliss fills your soul.” (Pro. 29:18, TPT)
Instead of saying “wander astray,” the King James Version says that they “perish.” The Greek word for “perish” is defined as “to loosen, by implication, to expose, dismiss, figuratively, absolve, avoid, go back, bare, make naked, set at nought, perish, refuse, and uncover.”
In Biblical times, victorious warriors often blinded the soldiers of the defeated armies to prevent future uprisings and ensure their perpetual defeat. This analogy applies to you as well, child of God. While the adversary seeks to annihilate your vision, God is actively thwarting his schemes and, at the same time, enhancing your prophetic sight!
The Lord led me to a passage of Scripture from the prophet Amos. While Amos’ words were a promise to Israel, they are also a word for you today.
“Yes indeed, it won’t be long now” God’s Decree. “ Things are going to happen so fast your head will swim, one thing fast on the heels of the other. You won’t be able to keep up. Everything will be happening at once—and everywhere you look, blessings! Blessings like wine pouring off the mountains and hills. I’ll make everything right again for my people, Israel:
“They’ll rebuild their ruined cities. They’ll plant vineyards and drink good wine. They’ll work their gardens and eat fresh vegetables. And I’ll plant them, plant them on their own land. They’ll never again be uprooted from the land I’ve given them.” God, your God, says so” (Amo. 9:13–14, MSG).
Notice that the Scripture began by stating that His Word will soon be fulfilled, and it identifies who made such a bold prophetic statement, “It won’t be long now. God’s decree.” Once a king issues a decree, it is irrevocable. It concludes by again reaffirming who is speaking, “God, your God says so.” He is confirming to you now that this is not a word just to excite your flesh. No! It is a prophetic proclamation over your life! Awaken! Get up from your discouragement and despondency. Shake off your indifference and weariness. You have stepped into a time of extraordinary acceleration.
It is evident that God’s Divine blueprint and Scriptural prophecy are unfolding at a rapid pace. There is a sudden thrust of the Spirit, and you have a part in what God is doing upon the Earth. You were created for this moment. Prepare for God’s promises to come to pass suddenly. “Things are going to happen so fast your head will swim, one thing fast on the heels of the other. You won’t be able to keep up. Everything will be happening at once—and everywhere you look, blessings!”
Another point to highlight in the verse above is the phrase, “Everywhere you look, blessings!” The blessings that you receive are directly proportional to your ability to see through the lens of the Holy Spirit. See the vision and watch it grow! Your prophetic vision is enlarging right now. God is moving behind the scenes, and what He is doing is about to come into focus and be on full display.
Furthermore, Amos states, “They’ll rebuild their ruined cities.” God is causing you to rebuild the ruined places in your life. I prophesy, “You will have RESTORATION and REPAYMENT.”
Moreover, Amos said, “They’ll plant vineyards and drink good wine. They’ll work their gardens and eat fresh vegetables.” You have faced disappointment and barrenness in the past, but now you will reap the harvest of the seeds you’ve sown. Your labor is not in vain. This is a season of great harvest for all those who have walked in obedience and have refused to quit.
December is the 12th month on the Gregorian calendar. The number 12 represents authority, perfection, and governmental order. God is bringing order and alignment in your life this month. It is crucial for what He is doing for you in 2024. The delay is over. The time of preparation has come to an end; the Lord is advancing you out of the holding pattern, and now you will feast on the spoils of the enemy. Everywhere you look, Blessings! God, your God, says so!
